Wild Parties and Feuds at “The (Bad) Neighbors” Movie Premiere
Keeping up with the Joneses is hard work in any neighborhood, especially when the Joneses are 50 fraternity brothers and half the study body who come over to party. As Rose Byrne and Seth Rogen discover, it takes brawn, brains and a special touch to handle such a delicate situation. Equal parts revenge flick and farce, “The Neighbors” is this year’s must-see comedy, and you can attend the premiere. Judd Apatow’s big buddy Nicholas Stoller goes behind the camera to share his fraternity savvy with the world. Everyone loved his past films, including “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” and “Get Him to the Greek,” and this one definitely seems to be in the same comic vein. Mr. and Mrs. Radner and their toddler daughter face off against frat man Dave Franco, Greek gang leader Zac Efron, who’s finally shed his “High School Musical” skin, and the impeccable villain Christopher Mintz-Plasse, who gets into some trouble with bushes. The cast is rounded out by hottie Halston Sage, the always likeable Lisa Kudrow and Craig Roberts who plays the everything-but-lovable Assjuice. Anywho, the Radners get a little upset about the new neighbor’s noise level, so they call the cops “anonymously,” and the wheels of trouble are set in motion. The world gets to enjoy this raunchy, cringe-worthy romp on April 28, 2014, at the Hollywood premiere. It’s guaranteed to be wilder than the feuds these bad neighbors stir up. Plus, the after-party is sure to be a young, outrageous celebration with all the trappings that are expected at a glamorous L.A. event. Is that a balloon? Erm, definitely not! But it is time to grab your VIP movie premiere tickets, if you want to become one of “The Neighbors.”
